What if I need to change or cancel my appointment?

Just let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment and we’ll reschedule it for you. If you cancel on short notice (less than 48 hours ahead), we will keep the $5 deposit as a late cancellation fee.

Is the $5 deposit applied to my service?

Yes! The $5 deposit counts toward your total service cost. You’ll pay the remaining balance after your car is detailed.

Do I need to do anything before you arrive?

Not much – we bring all our own equipment. Please remove any personal items from your car beforehand. If you won’t be home during your appointment, let us know and make sure we can access your vehicle. We’ll take care of everything else!
